Does training indoors vs outdoors actually affect my game?

Look at the difference. Select Earth's Pulse above — the tissues that respond strongest are brain, muscles, and thyroid. The ones that run your timing, coordination, and energy. Outside on a course, at ground level in open air, you're immersed in the Earth's native 7.83 Hz signal — the Schumann resonance fills the atmosphere around you.

Where do these numbers come from?

The absorption data comes from the IT'IS Foundation (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) — one of the world's leading databases on how electromagnetic fields interact with the human body. Their tissue properties database is used by researchers, governments, and medical device manufacturers worldwide.

Each tissue has a measured dielectric permittivity — a precise value describing how much energy it absorbs at each frequency. We normalised these values to a 0–100 scale so they're easy to compare. The exact numbers behind every bar are real measurements, not estimates.

Each device operates across a range of frequencies — not a single one. The values shown are representative, chosen to illustrate how tissue absorption shifts as frequency changes.

Regulators set SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) limits on every phone sold specifically because they acknowledge absorption matters. The data behind this tool is the same science those limits are based on.

Why do I feel different after a round outside vs a session on the range?

On a course you're at ground level, outdoors, immersed in the Earth's 7.83 Hz signal — the frequency your body evolved with. Sunlight, open air, natural ground beneath you, and far less artificial interference. The tissues that respond strongest are the ones running your performance: brain, muscles, thyroid, nervous system.

On an indoor range or in a simulator, you're surrounded by artificial frequencies from lighting, WiFi, and wiring — and shielded from the Earth's signal by concrete, metal, and walls. Your body is absorbing frequencies that create oxidative stress and interfere with your nervous system's own signals.

If this is real, why doesn't everyone know about it?

Home — switch off what you're not using. Every appliance, charger, and screen left on adds to the load your body carries all day.
